Ardmore eSport athlete Caleb Shirley recently spoke to VYPE.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
A goal for myself to perform in eSports well enough to recieve a scholarship for college.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
I have had the most fun playing with my friends and helping my team and myself exceed our own goals.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
Mrs. Pollard from 4th grade was my favorite teacher because she was very understanding and she was always nice to me.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
My favorite memory is watching League of Legends Worlds with my esports friends.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
My teammate that made the biggest impression was Kyros Tuazon he is a great friend and encouraged me to get better. He still helps me and motivates me to get better and better.

VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
My favorite thing about being on the esports team is that everyone has a good time and you get to show off you skills to other people

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?
If I could go anywhere I would want to go to Japan and I take my friend Elijah with me.

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
If I was given $500 I would spend it on some equipment for my gaming setup and spend some on my game.

VYPE: What Clubs or Campus groups are you involved with and why?
Other than esports I participate in golf for Ardmore High School and I have received Chickasaw Honor Role the past 2 years.
