Cooper Flower – 6-2.5, 175, Sr. Plainview Indians
Over two seasons as a starter, Cooper Flowers has put up over 3,400 yards and 34 touchdowns. Also an outstanding baseball player, Flowers continues to impress everyone he comes in contact with, even linebackers and defensive backs.
Running Back
Parks Ratzlaff – 5-10, 200, Sr. Kingston Redskins
A great burst of speed coupled with a physical style of running, Parks Ratzlaff amassed over 1,000 total yards and 20 TDs last season. On defense, Ratzlaff can play multiple positions including, S, ILB, and OLB.
Roo Franklin – 6-1, 220, Sr. Healdton Bulldogs
Last season, Roo Franklin averaged more than 9-yards per carry. He finished the season with more than 800 yards and 10 TDs with 549 yards through the air and six TDs.
Wide Receiver
Dom Coursey – 6-2, 200, So. Plainview Indians
Don’t email me about having a sophomore on the list. This kid can flat play. Dom Coursey will be the next big name to come out of Plainview. He truly needs his own category.
Offensive Line
Jacoby Jefferson – 6-5, 315, Jr. Ardmore Tigers
Without stating the obvious, Jacoby Jefferson has the prototypical body type to be a next level player. As his skill sets continues to improve, his stock will continue to rise.
Brandon Heckethorn – 6-5, 270, Sr. Lone Grove Longhorns
A leader in the trenches for Lone Grove, Brandon Heckethorn is poised to have a great season as a senior and show why he is one of the top linemen in the class.
SPECIAL TEAMS

Colten Cole – 6-3.5, 235, Sr. – Sulphur Bulldogs
A tight end and kicker, Colten Cole has a proven leg and excellent hands. He has a 47-yard field goal and has hit 65 of 70 extra points. Cole also caught 17 balls for 259 yards and two touchdowns, then he kicked the extra points!
